Rotissiere Chicken Pasta Salad

I love Rotissiere chicken. I love it a whole lot. There’s a thousand things you can do for it and it’s already perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned when you buy it and it’s so, SO delicious. I got the idea to make this pasta salad after paying $10+ for a tiny tub of it at Costco. It was so light and filling and delicious.. but definitely too overpriced. This recipe is SO easy. It’s perfect when you want a light dinner or when you want to partner it with a sandwich for lunch!
So here we go! Gather your ingredients–
Chop your artichoke, olives and grape tomatoes
Grab your Rotisserie chicken! Skin it and shred it up..
Cook your pasta and drain; let it cool in some cold water.
Mix it all up and add the italian dressing and feta cheese. Add some black pepper to taste.
then..voila~ Rotissiere Chicken Pasta Salad!
